Product Returns

RETURNS 

At 8hz, we will accept returns and exchanges within the first 30 days after your purchase date.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition. Products that have been worn, used, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

If your product arrived defective from 8-hz.com please email us at hello@8-hz.com and we'll stand by it and replace it. We don’t refund products damaged after they are shipped. In the unlikely event they are damaged in transit you must file a claim with the carrier as this is standard procedure.

Shipping costs and credit card fees are non-refundable.

Returning your product

Submit a request for return or exchange approval to hello@8-hz.com. We will get in touch within 48 hours with the appropriate case number and next steps.
